yuck. It is strangely fascinating, if digusting. *shivers*.

Action: You have the aftermath of the fly's action, which is good, but it helps to help anticipation- the preparation for the action. Say, a bulge in the fly's ...um, snout, whatever that thing's called. As it is, is just sort of 'appears'.

You need to to bear in mind the volumes- The back half changes when the wings are in the same place, which makes no sense. It's hard to tell if the legs are contacting the ground at all the way they move around.
On looking at it closer, I think I can see the fly 'arching'? That might explain it's leg movements and some of the changes in volume, but it's really hard to follow the action. You don't have to super-exaggerate something, but it helps when the action is 'staged' (staging- presentation of the idea so that it's clear). Here, it kind of gives the vibe of a few errors.

Lastly- a little tip with animating! You want to work with basic forms first, making sure you have the actions as clear as you can make them in the volume (the mass of the figure). Then you put the little details on. It's a lot less stressful than doing a detailed frame-to-frame right from the get go. 0_0

Hope this is helpful at all! ^^;
