I had some trouble with foreshortening and anatomy, but I think it looks convincing now.

The color scheme looks pretty good but your anatomy could use some tweaking. Spiderman's left arm looks like it's broken in four places and has an extra set of biceps where the elbow should be. His left arm has the elbow on backwards and two creases where there should only be one. It looks like he has butts sticking out of his armpits. I don't even recognize any feet. All I see is a floppy tail and a red penis. Some clouds or wispy brush strokes would give the background more depth.
